A campus-wide license with Google is now in place that provides several
G-Suite applications for the university community. Students, faculty, and staff can use these GatorCloud applications, along with the Microsoft Office and Dropbox options, to collaborate with UF and non-UF participants.
Applications currently enabled for UF are unlimited cloud storage through Google Drive and browser-based productivity and collaboration tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms. A complete list of applications and descriptions is online. Consult UF’s Data Guide for guidance on data usage in cloud platforms.
Use your free UF LinkedIn Learning account to watch G-Suite training on Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets. Anyone who would like assistance with G-Suite or UF’s other cloud collaboration offerings are welcome to contact the UF Computing Help Desk (132 Hub, 352-392-HELP/4357, helpdesk@ufl.edu).
